Can I book online?

At this time, the only way to book is via email at info@partyknightrentals.com, or by filling out the form located under the Offerings tab. We are working on adding the book online feature soon!

Which payment methods do you accept?

Due to IRS regulations, currently we only accept Cash and Zelle.

How long is the rental period?

The rental period is 8 hours long. Less hours may not be purchased for a discount. The price is set for up to 8 hours so items may be rented for less than 8 hours but the price will not decrease. Additional hours may be purchased. Cost varies by product.

What is your policy for damaged products?

If a product is damaged, the customer who signs the rental contract will be responsible for the total amount of a new replacement unit at the discretion of management.
